- Current permit clearly identified and review of the deadline applicable to your case.

- Valid passport, current TIE and no serious issues that would block the process.

- Passport, current or recently expired TIE and prior decision if you have it.
- Proof of work, financial means, cohabitation, studies or the element that supports or changes your status.
